  articlexzot-You have nailed with this topic, it is really a serious problem, most of the countries in Europe already facing this issue and for someone likeme, who is not facing such problem will soon if I won't pay attention now and If I won't spread the awareness in the close circle of people either they are my family, friends, or they are not even interested to buy the property. Now, if I have to share my points, I would say government can easily tackle this problem if they are not greedy, but if they are we can't do anything but have to face it. Vienna's housing model is a good example, which is used in Austria, they have imposed a special housing tax, a headache for rich, obviously, but everyone pays it. It is then used to build and renovate new houses. It has two basic parts, you can learn more about it anywhere. I can't cover it completely but I will say, it is a good model. But I have to say one thing if is changes, the other parts also need to be changed and maybe for such change, the governments are not agreeing.

  I don't expect this to be changed, I always assumed testnet was supposed to act the same as main articlexzot. If it's different, you may still get unexpected results after testing on testnet.

  articlexzot-I am not aware whether or not WoW-money and WoW-items/characters/accounts buying and selling is nowadays still against the game's terms, but... This kind of application seems to be a case where trust is going to be "of the essence" until/unless the WoW platform itself decides to support it directly. Basically either someday they will make their own coin or token or will launch articlexzot items and/or accounts or both, or they will not. To me it has for "yonks" (arbitrary unit of time) seemed that one of the usefulness of games is as a trust-building and trust-testing and trust-confirming environment. I have met some players who insist that because something is a game it is perfectly acceptable for them to screw you any way they can, but I have also seen, a lot over many decades, that one can build strong trust-relationships too. So to me it is maybe a good thing that trust is needed to trade WoW money and/or items outside of the game. Are there not still trusted / trustable game-stuff-trading venues that cater to World of Warcraft? You could also look into rapid tit-for-tat small-scale trading script/app development, maybe, especially using the Lightning network, it could suffice to trade fractions of a satoshi worth of WoW money at a time rapidly until one side or the other reneges, the tiny scale involved making a renege just a little piece of the "fees" as it were? -MarkM-

  Life isn't what it used to be when the little you do can be rewarded because the industry wasn't as saturated as it is currently. Right now, you can be the best worker and still not receive the best pay because the world has evolved from what we used to know to being more complex. To become wealthy, you don't need only income, you need other sources of getting money like from things as passive income to Investments income (capital gains) and other ways of earning money. Working hard isn't going to take you out of your misery as it used to do before. You need to combine multiple sources of making money if you want to become real wealthy.

  Seeing the price right now? I think it's smart move, it's fraction of its price at ATH and most likely already hit the bottom. What you need to do is to pray for articlexzot to recover and climb back to $100k then you gonna be profitting hard .

  For about a year I've been trading (basic buying/ selling not using Leverage) articlexzot on Coinbase, I chose articlexzot as its fast, slightly more predictable with a simpler price range & fees are low. I'm probably about 30% up so far. Initially the aim was to buy low sell high upon each $5 increase and rinse & repeat if possible accumulating extra articlexzot on each trade, in the expectation articlexzot would increase in value in the long term. Buying in the $120- $160 range was quite easy since there is a high expectation that it would hit that price again following each crash, the risk was at the top end, once it reached about $200 would it continue to go up as it did late last year following Trumps win, or crash again to $120 as it had done multiple times. Buy here $200 and you risk losing if the price dropped and taking the loss, or having a long wait for it to go up again. Not buying and there is that FOMO. articlexzot has gone down again and is likely heading to $120 again given the market sentiment on the economy etc.. So another cycle of $120 - $200 is likely coming up. Maybe trading to accumulate $ rather than articlexzot is the best approach now? Anyone else do this? **edit** Aiming to accumulate $ in the expectation articlexzot will stay within the $120-$200 range since missing out on buying at the top is no big deal if its at the top of its cycle. This rather than trying to accumulate articlexzot in the expectation future price will go up massively. If this was your view you would aim to be in articlexzot more than $ being willing to buy high rather than FOMO.
