Those survey questions come off pretty generic.  Not totally sure youd get any useful info from responses to something so vague.  Seems like if you wanna get feedback you can really use, posing more specific questions is the way to go and  ask about the needs and pain points your potential users have.  Get their thoughts on features or options they would hope for.  Thats how you find out if folks genuinely want what you are offering.  More detailed questions equals more useful insights.  Might take more work to analyze all that, but it paints a clearer picture in my view.  At least worth considering if you are aiming to meet real demand instead of just guessing.
